Initially for me, walking was about getting self up to move, and I was only interested in making sure I got at least a mile in. Over the last week or so, I've been focusing and re-strategizing my walking in the hopes of walking of 5k at some point, so I'm tracking both miles and minutes.

Now they are in the Sweet Sixteen NCAA tournament round. Spartan's take care of business, as in also winning the 2014 Rose bowl game.

I haven't been doing so much walking due to my work schedule, humidity, and the nasty mosquitoes. But today I was able to get some walking done.:

2.25 miles 45 mins
2.40 miles 60 mins

Hopefully in a couple weeks I'll be back on a regular work schedule and go out walking.

I usually walk a comparatively slow 20-min mile, so when I walk for 60 minutes, I've gone about 3 miles.
