30 minutes. Have gotten my husband to walk at 8am with me. I live in Southern California, & it heats up early. We are lucky to have The Encino Park behind Encino Village where we live. We walk through the park & sometimes at Balboa Lake near by. 3-5 times a week. Not fast (yet)! :)

I started with just going 10 minutes, then it was a mile, then it was 20 minutes, then it was 2 miles, and finally I am now at 30 minutes.

Now, I'm logging walking by minutes. Yesterday 1 hour and 30 minutes. Most times will probably be 15-30 minutes, but every once in awhile I hope to get higher times in.

Today I walked some of the trails at the estuary. Feels so good to get fresh oxygen into my lungs that have been suffering from the cold bug and flu bug these past few weeks.
The scenery is so much better than time spent on an indoor treadmill if my ask me. But to each their own. As long as we are walking
