I think thats just an extra workout you do on your own - your choice - if I remember right. The MIA leader who is an actual member of Billy's website would be able to tell us what it is every month- I can't afford to join - I lost my job in Feb. She hasn't been around since January though. At the very bottom of that posted schedule is what I got from her.
***The Challenge is usually what the monthly challenge that is on the billyblanks.com webclub site. For this, you can either do a different exercise, maybe another video that you have, go jogging, do a Spark People workout or just do one of the Bootcamp videos. This can provide some variety. ***

Does anyone know where I can find the taebo bootcamp schedule of daily workouts? I ordered my set about 3 years ago and in between moving and using different workouts I lost the schedule for the workouts. Does anyone know it or know where I can find it? Thanks so much.
