Definitely the lunges! On EA Sports Active it's the only one I have to skip if done more than once per set because of my right knee being weak. DOH!
If a chubby guy like Mario can run and jump all around the mushroom kingdom, I can certainly do this!

Lunges are hard for me, they make me feel off-balance. But the exercise I hate the most is holding plank position - sheer torture.

Push ups! I've never learned proper form, and have a bad back, so I have a hard time doing them right, it's just so awkward!

I'd have to go with the squats & lunges too... same reason. I think I have the knees of a 90-year-old!!

On the EA Active, its the row with alternating kickbacks....the movement and the angle makes the handles dig into my hands. The exercise itself is not hard to do, but Ive come to dread seeing it appear because I know its going to irritate my hands.
