just did my outdoor challenge workout for the day. Did the 9 minute endurance exercise and I am done. Woo hoo. Said I got 2100& some AP points. Whatever that means but whew I am tired and that was 5 minutes after riding my stationary bike for 10 minutes. The real workout might be if i reverse the order tomorrow.Bike then endurance. Will I beat my ap points? who knows. I'll post it if I don't pass out :)
OC is really fun, I don't have active or Golds (yet, Gold's is ordered) but I like OC better than fit. It gets your heartrate up very quickly. There's lots of moves that make you engage your core, and a lot of jumping and running exercises. It was my fave game for a long time, I haven't been able to use it because I sprained my ankle 5 weeks ago so I can't run or jump, but it's an awesome, active game!
Yup, I would do that exercise one, I'd use that if I was home alone, and do games w/the kids if they were home. I like the options they have for exercise, how there's different timed ones and other different groupings.

What's your favorites on there?? I think mine is the trampoline one and mole stomper. I also like that mountain boarder one. It always amazes me how fast I break a sweat in that game!! It's like 4-5 mins in and i'm already dying, I love that!

I really like it too, but it kinda goes along with the WiiFit for me---too much down time between exercises. We'll see--I may add it in one day, or use it on weekends for more of a "fun" exercise with the family :)
