New and Improved Challenge Central Teams Tuesday, June 01, 2010
Today we made some updates to our Challenge Central feature, making it easier and more fun for members to find and participate in SparkPeople challenges. Challenges are a great way to get support and motivation to reach new healthy goals, no matter where you are in your weight-loss journey. For launch, we created six official SparkPeople challenges that members can join anytime:
Stress Busting Challenge
Healthy Family Makeover Challenge
Healthy Cooking Challenge
Better Sleep Challenge
28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge
10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge
When you join a challenge, you'll receive four weekly emails (there is an option to turn those off as well, if you prefer) that contain action steps and tips for the week. By completing all of the steps within four weeks, you'll also earn a special SparkTrophy to display on your SparkPage!
We have more official challenges coming soon, so be sure to check back to the Challenge Central section of the site (you'll find a link to it from the Community/SparkTeams tab at the top of the site) often for more fun and motivating challenges to help you reach your goals! If you have ideas for new challenges you'd like to see, please share them here.
