Ok I said I was going to start p1 last but a bit of beer got in the way, then more beer and so on. My daughter and I started this morning. I prepped yesterday for the big start. This is going to be tough cuase I love my pasta and tortillas. I am use to having oatmeal or toast for breakfast. So cheer me on, encourage my, Lord me give me strength. I especially need it to exercise. I want to drop at least 10% in the first month. I want my knee to stop hurting and be able to walk without having to hold on to something. I will keep you all informed. Thanks
