I make my own salad dressing but in a pinch I like Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette.

I mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a clove of garlic and Dijonase mustard in a bottle with a little pepper and keep in the fridge. It is really awesome. I put it out about a half an hour before I use it.

The salad dressing guidelines are on the p1 food list under the Tools section of the team. It is 3gms of sugar or less per serving (ie 2tbsp) which you will find most salad dressings actual fit other than ones like french or catalina. Or you can make your own! I mix fage ff yogurt with dry ranch mix or dill seasonings and keep it on hand for salads or dip for veggies.

Hi tomorrow is day 1 for me, I would like to have lots of salads for lunch but would like ideas for salad dressings that fit in with phase 1. If there is any? Also if any one has any tasty salads they eat I would love to hear from you. I will probably have ham, tuna and egg salads
