any one else tracking nutrients ???? i have to watch my cholesterol intake to avoid
the meds for the high cholesterol. one day i had over 2,000 . That was a wake up call
so for a week i put in my foods for the day and keep a close eye on it . I was also
out of balance with protein and and fiber . but i was right on for the carbs.
well its under control thanks to the tracker .
