In my opinion you will be eating the highest quality carbs with the dairy, veggies, and beans. Good stuff. LOL.

Nope we don't actually focus on numbers but the quality of the carbs. In phase 1, your carb sources will be dairy, veggies and beans. I can tell you most folks average about 75ish to 125ish in phase 1, depending on their choices.
