Wow..you guys got it done pack. This week I am aiming to do phase 1 but doing a 10hr shift so i need to be sure I pack everything I need. So far i have
greens
okra
eggs
brocolli
lettuce,tomato
sardines
Superfoods protien smoothie-Shakeology
Fage
almond butter

So i guess i need to go shopping but her is the plan for this week
1-Smoothie
2. Omlette
3. Meat w/beans and greens
4.yogurt with ?????
5. Meat with salad

Make sure i put enough meat so i dont get hungry

egg whites, boiled eggs, chicken breast, deli turkey/ham, lobster (picked up a couple tails), imitation crab
laughing cow, shredded mozarella
sweet peppers, romaine, tomatoes, portabellas, cukes, onions, brussel sprouts
hummus
protein smoothies (with strawberries)
apples w/laughing cow and/or sf caramel
rice cakes
Fage w/cool whip for evening dessert
almonds

I do protein smoothies for breakfast (pre gym workout)
get home and eat almonds or a boiled egg for post workout snack
I do either an egg white omelette (heavy on the veggies) or a big salad with protein
afternoon snack is optional and depends on when I ate my lunch
dinner is lighter in calories than my first half of the day: been on a rice cake run...ie can of tuna mixed with a boiled egg and tbsp of mayo and pickles all put on top of 2 brown rice cakes. Or rice cakes with hummus and protein on the side.
Evening snack is usually always cup of fage with 2 tbsp cool whip (mixed with tbsp of sf pudding mix or crystal light packet, 2 tbsp dried coconut and sometimes strawberries)

Oh forgot COFFEE every morning...and 3 pieces of bacon on Mondays and Thursdays (hubby's day off). emoticon
