Ok so after 4 weeks of eating no bread, for fear I will fall off the wagon and eat a whole loaf (ish), I'm ready to add a little back in.
We have a Great Harvest Bread Co. that opened recently and was wondering if anyone has tried their breads?
I'm looking through the nutrition info on all their breads and all have 100% whole wheat ground fresh daily for the bread, completely fresh ingredients, etc.
So my thinking is maybe I should get a bread that would be a treat, like the carrot bread. That way I get a veggie, plus whole grains. The nutrition value on that particular bread is 150 calories, 18 carbs, 1 fiber. Is that ok??
