Hi, I have been working out now 5 days a week and have lost 10lbs but I know its alot of weight quickly cause I just started. I am not expecting it to be so quick all the time. I used to use Metformin but decided I no longer wanted to put a band aid on the issue. If you ever get a chance go to youtube and find Katie Humphries 90 days of Freedom. It is very motivational and insightful. She is so positive.
