Hi, I have been working out now 5 days a week and have lost 10lbs but I know its alot of weight quickly cause I just started. I am not expecting it to be so quick all the time. I used to use Metformin but decided I no longer wanted to put a band aid on the issue. If you ever get a chance go to youtube and find Katie Humphries 90 days of Freedom. It is very motivational and insightful. She is so positive.

i've been doing an hour about 4 to 5 times a week with limited success. I just got off metformin though and i'm having a harder time losing weight than before i was put on metformin about 3 months ago. I think my body is adjusting to being without it right now. i'm going to an endo soon but coudln't get in for another week.. i have a treadmill that has all these walking programs in intervals. I'm going to try just this week walking 2 hours a day on it and along with eating not too many carbs and see how it goes. i will post back next week.
how much is everyone else doing exercise wise?
