My son decide to eat healthy and exercise and he is not overweight and he helping me to stay focus and his excitement about working out is helping me to want to exercise when I don't want to. emoticon

I got want to do it and do this for me. My mind is in battle and my body is at war. I'm in battle with myself and if I can over come myself than I can over come it all and do it one day at a time, let it go and get one step closer to my goal.

Uh yeah...I don't know about you but this is how I feel about anything health or fitness related. It's like a light switch went off...with everyone! I can't seem to focus on the long term goal, and I know many around me are not feeling as inspired either. How about you? What are you doing to try and stay motivated, inspired...MOVING!?
