We are entering the cooler months. For those of us up North, being outside is certainly not what it was just a couple of months ago. While it may be more difficult to workout if our routine included being outdoors, remember we can still work on our diet (the foods we eat) and learning about our foods and what makes them healthy or not so. We can take time to make adjustments and try new things. (If we have lost some workout time, we can use that time to practice our hand at cooking different things.)
Just know that while everyone is busy, we are here for each other! Please feel free to give each other pow wows and motivational tips as well as ask questions or share successes!
