I know exactly what you mean. I do the same - stress eating. Last year, I was studying for MCATs and I didnt do anything activity and basically dedicated all of my time to studying and it was horrible because stress eating took over. I need to break my habits now and lose weight, not gain it.

Mid-terms and finals are the worst for me! My big problem is stress eating. Instead of working on papers or studying, I'll eat, and eat, and eat. It's a horrible cycle to get into because I end up feeling doubly guilty about procrastinating and overeating. I'm still an undergrad, and I hope I can break this pattern before I go to grad school. I don't want school to be my excuse for not eating right or working out.

I like munchie-type snacks, like chips and pretzels. Something to crunch on... you know. So I've replaced it with popcorn. I get the no-salt, no-butter kind and measure out a single serving (usually about a cup), track the calories, and eat it slowly. Pretzels are another okay thing, but popcorn always seems to last longer.

Hello Everyone. It is that time of year where midterms dominates all the space in your mind and you forget to eat! And the worst part is when you do it's fast and unhealthy. I wanna know if anyone feels that way and what you guys eat in such a stressful time.
