those are very good questions, i was just thinking about what i'm going to do when i go back to school so that i can eat healthy, like what are some good recipes i can make and save for later to pack for lunch or something like that...i really don't want to eat the food in the cafes at school and get back in those unhealthy habits after i've already started learning better ones! hopefully someone will come around with some helpful tips!
What foods can I eat that will help me burn fat without me feeling like I am starving myself. Also how can I continue to maintain weight when I return to campus?
