Take it from one with experience...it can really get WAY WAY too easy to let go of your healthy habits once you start school ...I was a freshman last year and I have never had my weight fluctuate that much throughout two semesters.
So, the best I can tell you is this: From the very beginning, don't lose your focus!!! There will be people around you trying to convince you that you don't need to "diet" and you're great the way you are (which of course is true)...but that aside, if this is something that you want for yourself, you should by all means stop at nothing to achieve it! College is a hard place to be learning healthy habits...but it can be done with a little extra focus and work
Stay closet to SP!!! I know that I got really off track last year and I stopped coming here because I believed that it stressed me out too much...when in reality, it was all the support I needed and I just wasn't ready to focus on my goals yet.

Hi there! Just joined you guys...I start Grad School in August and am concerned that my exercise and healthy eating will fall to the wayside. Any advice on how to cram it all in without losing my mind? Also, any other Grad School students here or just Undergrad? Thx & Cheers!!! Smiling_Lotus
