Basically, eat things that are light, and up your vitamin C intake significantly.

HI EVERY ONE! i'm from Australia.. i have ALWAYS wondered... what SHOULD and SHOULDN'T I eat/drink when I have a cold? i seem to get them all the time and never recover quickly from them. I have one right now and i want to get rid of it... so i can get stuck back into my exercise and busy life (uni)... any help out there??
