Hey Sparkers! I'm back home for reading week, which means I don't have access to my gym. Strength-training workouts won't be a huge problem because Spark has all those exercises which require very little equipment, and I should be alright with those, it's just ideas for cardio that I need!

I do have a recumbent bike, so I may try and use that, but I'm somewhat sure it's broken. I can't run (it puts too much stress on my ankles/knees, and also because of my asthma, I can't breathe very well in the cold air). We don't have any workout videos at home, so the best I could do is download some, but that might take ages on this connection. Is there anything else I can do besides walking? Thanks!
