I had breakfast today. Most days the first meal I eat is at 3pm. So today was a great start to a productive day.

I was very aware of what I ate today and didn't over indulge. I also got in a great 30 min elliptical workout. I'm hoping to pop in my ab swiss ball dvd before bed tonight too.

hey!
I ate a bowl of strawberries, grapes and 1/2 a banana with 1 peice of sunflower flax bread for breakfast and for lunch i had a chicken, cucumber, tomato, and mayo pita (homemade), it was sooo good. Ive only ate like 600 calories today, im stoked! This weight loss thing could actually work!! woot.

I started using a pedometer today. The manual encouraged a 10K-a-day challenge, so I'm using their challenge to set the goal for myself to average about 10,000 steps a day. This'll also give me motivation to head to the gym for some treadmill and elliptical time when I see I'm under by the end of the day!!!

Did 340 calories at the gym this morning. Then, as I was walking back, I realized that I was in a negative calorie level for the day. I was feeling super tired after my 3:00 class, but I walked to the post office before work. Then, semi heavy dinner because I had to eat in the dining hall again... shrimp stir fry, lunch meat for the protein, and diet soda. Then, I was still feeling even more tired, but I pushed myself back to the gym for a second time today and went to a 30 minute class. It was awkward, but I stayed. Trying to get up tomorrow for another class...

I've been realy stressed out lately and i know i'm an emotional eater and i love chips and chocolate... I had a project due this week and i was CRAVING CHIPS LIKE CRAZY AND VANILLA CUPCAKES TOO MMMMM ...

but i SKIPPED IT! had some grapes instead! it's crunchy and sweet! perfect! :Demoticon

I was tempted at brunch (chicken nuggets + fries, french toast, waffles, etc..) All I had was an omelette (thin with cheese and veggies) and extra veggies and fruit + Diet soda. I'm walking to the grocery store after six hours of work, and Im just trying to get my mood back up!

I set out my gym clothes last night so that i wouldn't have an excuse not to go in the morning... I was feeling super tired and wanted to sleep in.... but i didn't! i got up brushed my teeth changed into my workout clothes and went! and i did 50 minutes of cardio! yah! first time this week for cardio!

i was CRAVING chocolate at work all night!!! but i was good.. ignored the vending machine and ate my yogurt and special k bar instead.....it was more food, but at least it was better than a coffee crisp.......... which sounds REALY GOOD RIGHT NOW!!

I got up at 5:30 this morning & did a 50 minute tae bo amped workout & then took my dog for a walk & I didn't have school or anyother reason to get up that early. The kids usually don't wake up till atleast 7:30 or 8:00 on the weekends

i dragged myself out of bed this morning at 8:45 to go to the gym, even though i didn't have class until 3:30. this has been the 2nd day in a row -- hopefully spring break won't ruin my fitness streak emoticon

also, i met with a study abroad advisor, and my plan to study at the Sorbonne within the next two years is getting off the ground emoticon

Wahoo!!! Finally paid the $20 in outstanding parking fines and sent off my transcripts to the grad schools I'm applying too. I also got up in time to chat with my roommate while eating breakfast this morning...we rarely get to see eachother, so it's a treat when we can catch up with oneanother

I was happy that I got up in time to get to my 8:30 (ugh!!). I used the time between that and my next class (which didn't start until 11:30) to get some books I needed out of the library and go to the gym. I got stuff done and got extra exercise walking around campus in the cold and going up and down all the stairs in between. woo hoo!!

Today? Getting up and going to class was about all I've done right so far.

Woo hoo! I did too! (Actually, 37 minutes. I've started not getting off the bike until I've finished my chapter. Great for studying, really.) Today is an awesome day for working out.
Wow... everyone's tickers look so much better than mine. I'm afraid to weigh myself after the holidays. Anybody else got that problem?

Great job!!! Keep up that motivation and give a little to me. I am adjusting to new work hours and of course class starting up so I am having a bit of a struggle getting the workouts in.

I got in a great 30 min cardio workout
