My semester doesn't start until tuesday and the gym in closed on the weekends and probably for martin luther king jr day on monday. I'm definitely going to miss going :( Hopefully though the weather stays nice and I can go for a run at one of the local parks.
Worst case I have a ton of cleaning to do. lol
If you're sore from exercising though you should try stretching more. As tired as my muscles get they're never sore afterwards and I think it's because I stretch for 5-10 mins after my workout :D

How did everyone do on their cardio and/or strength training today?
I'm proud to say that since school has started, I've been waking up early and at the university gym when it opens up at 6:30. I feel so good, especially during class. I seem more focused and alert (even in boring classes like my pathogenic microbiology).
