This summer break was all about not gaining weight! Over winter break I gained about 7 lbs, this summer I just wanted to not gain any! I thought I was doing great, I was lower on the scale then I had been until today! I think I am back up a few pounds! Grrrrr!
So I am going to spend the next six weeks transforming myself! I know that once school comes I won't be able to do this intensity but I found a few evening classes at the YMCA and it should be hard to continue once the year starts again!
Is there anyone else that would like to join me? Don't have to be physically here, we can just keep up with each other and motivate each other!?
My schedule is two days cardio classes, one strength, and one flexibility (and not in that order). Then on the three other days I am doing the C25k program, well six weeks to start with!
