someone in another forum mentioned that they googled fitness videos, and found tons for free, like 20 min - an hour long videos. i know that in the morning on TV at 6 and 6:30, there are 2 workout shows too, so if you can get up that early, they are on and you odn't have to go outside.
Man, today just stinks! I've been running behind on everything...didn't have time to go walk (too cold anyway), hoping to do strength when I get off work--we'll see how that goes. I just don't have a lot of esteem today. I work so hard with little reward. And looking at my final grades made me even more depressed. I worked so hard, and didn't get the grades I had expected. I'm totally bummed out! --My goal today: not heading for the Ben & Jerry's pint.

I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.
