This may sound kinda corny but my mom gave me workout tapes. I reccomend walk away the pounds by Leslie i can't remember her name. she sounds overly excited (like she maybe on something) but its a great subsitute when I can go to the gym.
Sometimes the hardest thing for me is finding the time and energy simultaneously! Take today for instance...I feel like I've run myself ABSOLUTELY ragged this past week, and now I'm paying the price. I feel like I just can't get out of bed. So I'm sitting here, keeping the right mind frame at least and knowing that if I don't end up making it to the gym today, it won't be the end of the world. I'll stick to my nutrition plan and try and make it tomorrow. I try to remind myself that sometimes you just need to take care of yourself by doing what you need to do, and sometimes that means resting.
Sorry if this isn't the motivation you're looking for! But I find it helps me get myself back together.

HMMMM WHAT ABOUT SIMPLE CALISTENIC IN YOUR ROOM ON YOUR BED OR SOMETHING. OOOO OR JUST SIMPE STUF LIKE WALKING TO COLLEGE OR WORK INSTEAD OF THE BUS OR CAR. AND LIKE WALK UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS LOADS OF TIMES, SO U LOOK CAUSUAL. JUST STUFF LIKE THAT MAYBE? =]X
I have so much trouble motivating myself to work out! I want to lose this weight and feel better about myself, but I like to be alone when I work out at home and my dad is living with us right now, so someone is ALWAYS there!! I can't afford to join a gym, and its getting too cold outside for me to walk (I hate the cold!!) any suggestions?
