Sometimes the hardest thing for me is finding the time and energy simultaneously! Take today for instance...I feel like I've run myself ABSOLUTELY ragged this past week, and now I'm paying the price. I feel like I just can't get out of bed. So I'm sitting here, keeping the right mind frame at least and knowing that if I don't end up making it to the gym today, it won't be the end of the world. I'll stick to my nutrition plan and try and make it tomorrow. I try to remind myself that sometimes you just need to take care of yourself by doing what you need to do, and sometimes that means resting.
