Hi! I too picked the wrong time to start being healthy! But, when I'm getting tired or worn down during studying, I go for a quick walk around the block (about a mile) and in my below zero windchills, it wakes me up fast. Or I also just pop in a pilates or yoga dvd and do the quick workout. At night before I go to bed, I fill about 4 nalgenes with filtered water (my well water tastes nasty) and that way I don't have an excuse for not getting my water in.
Snacking is the tough one. My boyfriend forgot about my efforts, and in being nice, bought me a dr pepper and then bought a thing of cookies. I got kind of mad at him, and then he remembered. He felt so bad, that he went and put the things in his truck (and then they froze lol).
But I'm half way done with final exams and stuff. Then it's the holiday battle!
