Sliced carrots, celery, apples (or whole ones), any piece of fruit, bagged grapes, rice or soy cakes, or yogurt make a good snack. If you're talking about a meal, a pre-made bagged sandwich is always good, or some Campbell's Soup at Hand (check the nutritionals though) if you have access to a microwave.
What is healthy, but quick and easy and you can grab on the go??? I need things that will stay good during the day when I am on the go, ay suggestions???
