I'm not so sure. I mean I was like 205 after my summer at summer camp and lost like 10 LBs on my own right away. I used spark before and lost like 10lbs in 2 months... But I've joined a gym that seems really keen on their patrons accomplishing their goals. For right now my goal is to get down to 165 but the fitness guru at the club said she would like to get me down to 140 (I did a big fitness test and measurement session with her...they do this every 3 months). Apparently I can realistically be 160 by May! Which would be ideal.
To get the weightloss ticker at the bottom you just click to update your spark page and then at the bottom there is a part that says YES! Show Weight ticker...jsut make sure that box is clicked and you are good to customize your weight ticker.

I don't know how to do that fancy thing you have at the bottom of your messages, but I started out at 210, and am 202.4 right now, and eventually want to be 165. It's going to take time, but I'm willing to go the distance! Are you happy with your results as of now?
