there is actually a really cool kind of weird technique called Conscious eating its just really focusing on what your eating i know it sounds weird but its been shown that it helps people become heealthier and loose weight faster and permenatly. I think for me this is one thing I need to continue working on.

I LOVE eating on a semi-set schedule... i'm not like "oh its 3:12, time to drop it all and eat!" but I know that I eat breakfast between 730-830, i have a snack around 11, i eat lunch around 1, i snack around 3-4, dinner is at 6-7ish... then if i need it another snack around 9.
At first, especially at home, it was hard to be like "no... don't go to the pantry... you just at 20 mins ago..." but now that I have standard times and smaller meals with snacks-- AND *important* I CHEW MY FOOD... (this helps SO much) i'm not hungry... ever! (well, not EVER... but usually)

hey everybody!! here is a tiny piece from one of my latest blogs...i'd love to hear everyone's opinions!! and you should all read my blogs...you will LOVE them.
"and i think i've come up with a new plan for my eating habits. see, i've heard 2 different things. i've heard that you're only supposed to eat when you're actually hungry. and then i've heard that you're supposed to be on a set schedule of when you eat, and that your stomach should never growl all crazy, because that indicates that you are neglecting to give your body what it needs. so whats the right one?? f*** if i know. well, i've tried the eat when you're hungry thing, and that s*** never works. cause i'll eat and then 2 hours later, convince myself that i'm STARVING. lol yeah whatever. oh, and i'm trying to lower my calories down closer to 1200 a day rather than the higher end, which is 1550. so i'm going to eat 4 times a day. noon, 3, 6, and right before 9. 300 calories each time...awesome. i'll let ya all know how that s*** works out. i've also gotta work on getting fruits and vegetables into the diet. cause right now, i barely eat any of either."
