I LOVE eating on a semi-set schedule... i'm not like "oh its 3:12, time to drop it all and eat!" but I know that I eat breakfast between 730-830, i have a snack around 11, i eat lunch around 1, i snack around 3-4, dinner is at 6-7ish... then if i need it another snack around 9.
At first, especially at home, it was hard to be like "no... don't go to the pantry... you just at 20 mins ago..." but now that I have standard times and smaller meals with snacks-- AND *important* I CHEW MY FOOD... (this helps SO much) i'm not hungry... ever! (well, not EVER... but usually)
