I have to second the DDR motion. I opted not to bring it to the dorm this year (last year I lived on the ground floor so there were no problems, but I didn't want to annoy my downstairs neighbour this year), but it is incredibly fun and great exercise.
I don't have any exercise DVDs myself, though I do have a 20-minute Pilates workout on my computer that I use on those days where I don't go to the gym.
