So, being the junior that I am I think it's about time to really get my life and act together. I can't use any more excuses anymore, because I've been here for 2 1/2 yrs already. SO for the rest of this semester I am going try to go to the gym as much as possible and not let the temptations of all the food around me to CONTROL me.
Take smaller portions at the cafeteria!

Goal: run 30 minutes every other day
Goal: 25/25/25 (pushups/crunches/squats) every day
Goal: Be mindful of my portion intake
Goal: Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Goal: Be happy with being me!
Make time to exercise! It will be the first thing to go when I get busy with classes and work and my sorority, but I'm gonna make it happen. Its essential to my weight loss goals.
Its a good way to do something for yourself and de-stress a little bit.
