I'll check and see if I can find any helpful articles for you about this but as of now the advice I can offer you is:
1) Drink tons and tons of fluids, gatorade and powerade are especially great and help up your electrolytes!
2) Forget about calories, any damage that is done to your diet while you are sick doesn't count. Your body needs all the nutrients and calories you can get
3) Tons of rest, I don't recommend working out unless it's very light like a slow walk or not at all, your body really needs the rest to get over whatever you have!
