KIDDDING. i HATE that crap.
I like putting up shorts words and phrases for small goals- you know the typical "SPRING BREAK" or "BIKINI" . Countdowns also work pretty well for me, having to rewrite how many days are left to an event reminds me that each day counts :)
Of course, when tempted my super cheesy carbs (my weakness) the phrase "Eat THAT now, hour work out later" seems to keep me at bay.
Pictures work too. Mostly of Britney on the fridge. She's not ridiculously thin and ...god i hate hollywood. But anyways she is just FIT and TONED and has two kids and looks amazing- regardless of whether you enjoy her music or not.
Plus I like that she's a nut.
