I won't say I'm "dieting" I'll just say I'm trying to eat better or heather. If I say dieting I feel overweight and lose any self confidence I may have at the moment. Plus most people seem to think that when you're dieting it's temporary so they'll try and get me to eat things I shouldn't.
Usually makes me discouraged because a lot of people see the term "dieting" as a negative term and me being within a healthy weight range they do not see why I want to improve my lifestyle by eating healthier and exercising to improve my body. And people do not usually take me seriously therefore I get no aid in trying to accomplish my goals. That is why I am so excited to try spark.
a few different feelings. I feel excited because I know I am leading a healthier lifestyle and I want them to be excited for me too but at the same time it makes me feel a little embarrassed because I'm admitting that I am not happy with the way I look and I am overweight.
