I'm vowing to get 30 minutes of cardio in daily.
Eating 5-6 fruits/veggies daily.
Strength training 4 days/week.
And I'm also going to celebrate small goals:
I want to increase my flexibility in order to do the splits.
I want to increase my strength so that I can safely do a cartwheel again (my wrists currently won't allow it).
I also want to be able to do 20 "real" pushups.
Are you doing anything similar?
