I understand the urge to skip class. I used to be like that when I went to my first college. Originially I went to Kent State University in Ohio, but because of my attendance and test grades caused me to get put on probation for the college of education. The semesters after that I still found it really hard to go to class. Eventually I got kicked out of the college of education. I moved back home to columbus and I am attending Columbus State Community College and I have one more year to get my associates degree. By the time I graduate I will have been in college for 5 years. My advice is fight the urge as much as you can. It is not worth the money of retaking classes or the time of transferring to a community college and only getting an associates. Find some friends who will yell at you when you skip...thats what I have now. It works. I dont know if any of this will help, but I thought I would share my story.

This isn't completely food/diet related, but I'm finding it difficult to stay focused and going to class. I find it too easy to find reasons not to go. It's not so good, since my teachers this semester test from the lecture notes and it's coming up on the first tests of the semester. What does anyone here do when they start getting that ditching class itch?
With the burn I break up the stress, with my sweat it leaves my body.
