I'm a self-motivator. I equally love working out at home, walking with friends and working out in group classes (which is hilarious because I'm fairly introverted).

Based on the Rodale article I'm a "Functional Fitness", based on the Quinn quiz I'm a "Self motivator" although I'd question that title if it weren't for the fact that other two types don't really fit nearly as well.
