Doing my exercise everday this week. Did have some chocolate. Will do my weigh in on Saturday. Taking it one day at a time.

Everyday I am becoming more and more active and feeling great about it. I have more energy and am able to do more with each day.

Hey guys that is AWESOME! Keep up the good work and we'll have more to celebrate. WOOOHOOO! HAKIRBY I'll be joining you with that exercise goal, my minimum = 10 min a day :) DIANN1111, I'm with you lady, let's keep this trend going on track! LIVEWELLANDFIT, 20LBS down is definitely something to Zumba about, LOL!

I'm down 3.5 pounds in 3.5 weeks...right on schedule! I am exercising everyday! I am tracking my food everyday! I am staying positive and staying involved with SP!

I am so excited that since I started my weight loss/fitness/healthy lifestyle journey on Nov 1st 2011 I am 3.8lbs down. Doing my dance and counting the fitness,LOL. Come on and tell me what you are proud of so I can dance some more and burn more calories. This is a hand in hand thing. Together Everyone Achieves More = TEAM. Glad to have you on my team and to be a part of yours :)
