I agree! so I will take it as I am doing what i need to do and just track away knowing I am still doing what is best for my new healthy active lifestyle

I think it burns calories too!!! However, I read an article here on SparkPeople about why they count strength training like that. I believe the article is in their fitness section. It made sense, but I can't remember all the details.
I'm always think it is better to be active (whether doing aerobics or strength training) than it is to sit around and snack. We are moving in the right direction.

when i am at the gym working out even though its logged under strength trainign am I not burning calories as well???

should I log it under both?
