I also find limiting my caffeine intake helps too. I've taken to having a cup of tea with breakfast, a cup of coffee when I get to work and then a cup of green tea in the afternoon. And that's it. I'm pretty much always in bed before 10:30pm!

so today I worked 8:30 to 4:30 and then i went and did 45 min in the gym

after that I walked home had dinner had a nice hot bath and now its 9 pm and im actually tired!

I am the kind of girl who goes to bed 2 3 in the morning i am usually never tired

Who knew that the little bit of change could create such a wonderful feeling

off to bed G'night all!
