Try them all to determine what works best for you. If it's included with your fee, have a trainer help you with balancing your work outs with what you want to achieve! You've made the first step! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Wow, love the price for the gym. I would speak to the people that work at the gym. Even if there is no trainer at the gym they would be able to help you get started.

When I first started going to the gym, I would just walk on the treadmill. After a week or so, I hired a personal trainer for just a few sessions (i couldn't afford too many sessions). She showed me how to use the equipment and what to be doing. it really helped. Someone at the gym should be able to show you around. :-) Good luck!

There should be a trainer that gives you some ideas. If not ask one of the others there where you should begin. They should have some idea of the equipment and how strenuous the exercises are. Remember start slowly! You can always add more but very sore muscles or an injury is going to defeat you more than help you!
Blessings on your new journey!
