My week wasn't the best. I wasn't able to put in the time I wanted with my foot being put in a walking boot. However, I am finding ways to get my exercise in. So I guess that is a good thing!

Monday is the beginning of my week and so far it went really good i did my 5k walk/run program 1 hour tracked my food tracked my fitness ate healthy and did not eat junk

So far my week is going really well. I cheated yesterday i had ice cream. I exercised everyday, but today it is my rest day, I will be walking/running Wed Aug 10 2011.Fri is my weigh in hoping to have lost at least 2 pounds.

Last week was a little rough. Last Sunday I got heat stroke at a baseball game I was at. Took me almost all week to recover. Needless to say not much exercising. Started feeling better by the weekend and I was able to get exercise in again. I am thankful that is over and hoping this week I can really put the time in for exercise.

So far so good had a healthy breakfast and lunch exercised for 15 min and now i am going out for my power walk 1hour.

Last week did not go well. Had a family member pass away, and so diet and exercise went right out the window. Back on track starting this past Monday. So far, so good.

Sunday was a bit of a challenge but so far the rest of the week has been full of activity and following a good plan with my eating. Rest of the week ahead looks good. This weekend will be a challenge though. Two birthday parties and Mother's Day!

It went fairly well, a couple of weak moments and I feel I could have exercised more but overall it went well. My goal this week is to exercise longer and 2 more days this week.

This week has been a rough week for me. Medically, I have had a BIG set back taking me out of work for god knows how long. They even wanted to hospitalize me for a while. But thankfully I brough my mom with me to help talk to my doctor and convinced her hospitalization was not the answer. I am working hard to not let it get me down. So I have been trying to make sure to eat right, exercise, communicate and have a great support system. Every day I start off by saying today is a new day what baby step can I take today to get healthy again. Having a goal is definately been the best medicine for me. I will not allow this to dictate me or defeate me.
Good luck to all my sparks peeps with thier daily challenges and keep the spark going!

I did great! I didn't beat myself up for celebrating my DIL's birthday with Mexican food and cake. I did at least 15 minutes of exercise every day (so what if Friday night it was at 11 p.m. because I didn't want to break my streak). I did Turbo class on Monday night and Satruday morning AND
I DID MY 5K WALK/JOG RACE TODAY! WHOO HOO! Although I have been "training" indoors in front of the TV (walk/job in the living room) and treadmill (yuck). I did my "race" outside. 3.25 miles in 53 minutes. (I went the extra to get back to the car!)
