hi! I use the Bosu all the time in fitness classes at the gym. It is great for the core. We stand on there to lift weights, squat and do triceps dips, do crunches while laying on and flip it to do push-ups. For cardio we even hop over. It is very versatile!

Yes, it came with a video and there is also a small book with it or you can buy a book just for Bosu exercises. It Is great for your Core strengthening as well as balance. :)

What workouts do you do on it? I've heard how amazing it is, but I'm not sure how you use it. Did yours come with a video?

I learned how to use the Bosu from my trainer at the gymand I love it. The first few times it was a little scarey but after that for some reason I really enjoyed using it, It is a very vedrsatile piece of equipment. You can use it either way, flat side down or ball side down. I just purchsed one for myself at home (now I just Have to get busy and use it). It cost me $130.00 here in Canada. What a great gift it would have been. :)

Any suggestions on a good elliptical machine? Has anyone tried workouts with the Bosu Balance Trainer? I am trying to think of what to put on my Christmas list, fitness wise. I have a treadmill, but it really is a chore for me. Has anyone tried the EA Sports Active system?
