If you can spring for it, try using a trainer so they can help with weight training for toning. If not, try some classes that may utilize your body in different ways than it's already accustomed to. Congratulations on your weight loss! What an accomplishment :)

For toning I take fitness classes. I take a variety such as core/arms class, women on weights, TRX, circuit training. We do different things in each class and I am never bored. This helps with toning. Good luck!
Have you tried strength training? I meet with a personal trainer once a week. Over time, she has taught me enough that I can do weights on my own without fear of injury. Before I learned from her, I did Curves and other light weights, but it didn't give me the tone and definition that has come with "real" weight training. A good trainer will know how to guide you so you don't bulk up or hurt yourself. Good luck!
I've just started pilates and kickboxing classes and I must say that I am already seeing more definition ALL OVER! If you're on a budget, I would invest in Tae Bo Amped workout series. It's great cardio and strength training!
