I use hemp protein powder sometimes, adding it to smoothies or stirring it into my yogurt. it's also high in fiber as a lot of protein powders are not. or sometimes i like to have a protein bar for breakfast. personally i'm pretty picky with those as i don't like to consume too much added sugar. so i found some called Thinkthin. they contain sugar alcohol instead so are a little lower in carbs as well. they come in awesome flavors like chunky peanut butter, brownie crunch, dark chocolate and fudge. i'm looking forward to trying the white chocolate one. so far i can only find them on amazon though.

I ues flax seeds and I sprinkle them on my cereal, It has great Omega-3s and other great healthy stuff. I used to use poteing powders but not any more. I am going for Whole foods now that are better for you.

I use Cytosport Muscle Milk which comes in different flavors. My morning routine is to get up and go straight to the kitchen and mix 12oz of 1% milk with a scoop of protein powder in my Hamilton Beach little mixer. I drink this while I'm putting on my make-up and getting dressed for work. This way I have eaten breakfast without a lot of fuss. I have a hard time eating enough during the day so this helps out a lot.
I have added a protein supplement to my diet as I was not getting nearly enough calories. It was recommended by a fellow sparker and the vitamin store agreed with my choice. It is for women It is called Aria. I just add 1-2 scoops in my milk, shake it up and drink it. It is actually quite good. It comes in vanilla and chocolate. I think the cost at my vitamin store was $10.99

My daughter uses some of the protein powders to make her morning smoothies, but I have not yet tried them. I do like to have a high protein bar as a snack during the day especially if I don't have a high protein breakfast. Having the protein for breakfast does help curb my hunger through the rest of the day, so I normally start my day that way.

Still new and still learning. Protein powder you add to drinks or sprinkle over your food? I don't know the names, are these okay? I've seen them at Wal-mart and other places? Also I've read about flex, what is that? Protein? I believe I need more protein!
