sorry i am not a dr but i think it is something you should get checked by a dr or chiropractiger.you are right to stop doing the exercise if that is happening as you don´t know what damage you could do.better to be safe than sorry.let us know what the dr says.
Does anyone know why when I do ab workouts be it crunches or sit-ups I get tremendous pain in the sternum? I am not talking about workout muscle pain, its more like my chest and sides feel like a wash cloth being wringed and it can cause difficulty in breathing. Because of this I have backed off any ab workouts.
