Well I am okay today. I weighed myself this morning and I am exactly the same at last Sunday, 132. At least I did not gain and I am maintaining. Slow but sure I will get to where I want to be but I will not lose any sleep over it.

I am going to work outside today. Already have the sheets in the washer and will be able to hang them out today. Well got to go because Weaver is waiting for his walk.

Isn't 135 a low number for you? I'm thinking about going down to 130 after I get to 135, but I don't think I'd like to go lower than that. emoticon

I don't eat much meat - mostly turkey or chicken - in moderate amounts. I eat three fruits and 2 or 3 vegetables daily. I eat rice often - sometimes with beans. I don't eat candy. I have been exercising on my own, lower body strengthening exercises and walking. I hope this works for you. emoticon

I didn't know that there were Italian Mariantonias, but I'm glad to know it now, because I have many Italian friends. I do know an Italian Antonia.
