Teresa, first of all if you can do Turbo Jam and Tae Bo, you DO have rhythm.

I am a Zumba Instructor and have lost 40 lbs. so far doing that and nothing else. The routines are always changing, challenging the body in new movements, and I think that is why it works so well.

I have to say this video out of her workout series is one of the best, I love the ones where u learn to dance and be sexy but this one is for toning and making you fit I have done it 3 times this past week....just the warm up and the floor workout mind you cuz after that I am soo tired

I have to say I just wanted to post this to share my steps to success....What is your favourite work out activity or video?
