I don't think you should excise I think you might need rest if you have the flu but I didn't go to doctor school so I could be wrong

When I have the flu I usually ache all over. I just stay in bed and rest, drink lots of fluids. When I feel bewtter, then I will get back into the routine.

Just been there two weeks ago with a bad cold and the doctore told me its ok to exercise when you have a slight cold but not when you have the flu, you need rest and fluids.
So I wish you well in your recovery and that you get back on you feet soon.

Your body needs rest, do not exercise until you are feeling much better and then gradually get back to your routine.

If you have the flu the best thing is rest as far as I know. You will recover faster and then catch up on your exercising. Just my opinion

I am sick :( I have the flue at the moment and am feeling really crap. I want to exercise am having trouble staying motivated. I heard that exercise can help you get better quick. What do you do? Any recommendations on a fast recovery?
