Hey everyone, just checking in to let you know I have been doing really good, I lost 2.4 lbs last week.I have been keeping a food tracker book with me since I am not always able to log on to the computer, joined curves and had been working out 3 x week, that is until last week when I went and had a MRI done for the scoliosis (was just a routine check up thing) and found out I have two bulging disc at L4 and L5. Thus the real reason for the numbness in the left leg and pain when I stand for more then 15 minutes or tried going for walks. Any ways I am now getting set up for PT and Injections, but still very positive about losing the weight, you might say I have more incentive then ever now, (I do not like the thought of surgery). Hang in there, be positive and LOOK for your muse for inspiration.
